Welcome to the WNCC Administrative Services web site. The primary purpose of this site is to provide services to the membership, clergy, and administration of our conference. However, there is plenty of information for everyone about our conference including information about pastors, churches, and the roles of the conference officers.

If you are a church officer, the conference and/or your district office may need to contact you. The Local Church Leadership Contact List is a database of church officers that is maintained by the conference and shared with the district offices so that church officers can receive information pertinent to their tasks. This data may be submitted here on this web site in an easy manner.

Annual Conference Journals

The Annual Conference Journals are published by the Secretary's office and have been online since 2004. Until 2005 the Journals consisted of two volumes published separately. Since then the Journal is published once and the statistical section (formerly Volume 2) is included. However, on the web site the statistical section will be available first followed by the full Journal. Click on the image above for more information.

Charge Conference Forms

It is charge conference time again and the data needed, for churches to get their conference budgets set, is available on this site. Things have changed a little this year, a page 3 has been added. Please make sure to read the instructions at the top of Page1 and Page 2 before proceeding to fill them in.

Church members, who don't have a user account, can still find out about their church's apportionments by clicking here and finding their church, then selecting Apportionment Information for 2009.

Remittance Statements

Treasurers, pastors, and other church members concerned with submitting remittances to the conference, often need to see a statement of the church standing in regards to remittances. That statement is available here on this web site and it is update nightly. In addition, information about all remittances and when they were posted is available. If current remittance information is needed, it can be found here!
